Get the Study Head back on again

I met my Japanese teacher today for coffee and although I haven't studied Japanese for a few years let alone practiced it I'm going to sit the Japanese Language Proficiency Test in December of this year if they decide to hold it in Ireland. Students normally have to travel to the UK, France or Germany to sit the exam so it would be a huge bonus if they held exams here in Ireland. They do say that learning another language is the best way to keep the brain active. So for all you out there who feel the need to get your study on this is what it involves JLPT. Well with all this free time we now have due to the CEC(current economic conditions) why not study Japanese! Think of all the money you could make just designing tatoo's.

First Commercially Cloned Dog

BioArts International announced today that they have delivered the world’s first commercially cloned dog, a 10-week old Labrador named Lancey, to a Florida family. According to the press release issued by the company, “BioArts International is a biotech company focused on unique, untapped markets in the global companion animal, stem cell and human genomics industries. She is a cutey though!

The Jigga Man

I'm a big fan of the man that is Jay-Z, so to show my respect I just put his wicked "Dirt off your shoulder"song as a ringtone on my phone. Its a simple thing but it makes life that little bit more enjoyable. So love your phone N put on a ringtone that will make you want to answer it and bring a smile to your face.

Good Food

So I'm out and about earlier today and my friend and I decide to try out "yamamori" on the Quays, downtown Dublin. I've eaten in their branch on Georges Street - at times good,at times not so good thus I was a bit apprehensive about trying out this new-ish branch. But Happy Days the food was great! We had a very tasty bento-box(Japanese name for a lunch box) with grilled salmon, chicken karage, crab salad, 3 pieces of sushi, miso soup and a bowl of rice. For around €16 this is definitely value for money. The decor is cool, modern Asian style with nice friendly staff.
If you want to check out some beautiful home made bento box's check these out!

Space - the final frontier

Space whether on the web or in print, media or even all around us, has been misused and mistreated for a very long time so I'm now doing my bit to add to it with my blog. Will keep you posted on the things I think you should read or view, that I've found worthwhile on the web, and a few fun things too. Good Times!
